Commercial Licenses

Sometimes, an open source license is too restrictive. Sometimes, you will need more for your own project. That's why we offer some commercial licenses.

EQdkp Plus CRL V1.0

If you don't like the EQdkp Plus Copyright at the bottom of a EQdkp Plus Page, the EQdkp Plus CRL v1.0 is the right license for you. This license allows you to remove the visible copyright. All other terms of the APGL remain. That means:

You are permitted:

  • to remove the visible Copyright of the EQdkp Plus Core Team
  • to use this license on one single EQdkp Plus Installation (one Domain; every subdomain is also one additional domain)
  • to use this licence on the EQdkp Plus Major Version you have buyed this licence for (e.g. 2.x)

It's forbidden:

  • to remove the invisible Copyright notes at the Source Code of EQdkp Plusdie unsichtbaren, im Quelltext vorhandenen Copyright-Hinweise entfernen
  • to remove the visible and invisible Copyright notes of other Developers or other applications/libraries EQdkp Plus uses
  • to use this license on more than one installations or for another major version of EQdkp Plus than you had buyed this licence for

You are required:

  • to abide all other terms of the APGL, because they still remain.

EQdkp Plus HPL V1.0

This license is for all that want to host EQdkp Plus "as a Service", but don't want to disclose their source code as stated in the AGPL. This license removes the requirement to disclose the hosted source code.

You are not required:

  • to disclose the sourcecode of your complete application that uses EQdkp Plus, if you don't distribute it, but users are using the software via network ("Hosting", "SaaS")

You are required:

  • to abide all other terms of the APGL, because they still remain.
